How do I book the venue?

How far in advance should I reserve my date?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for graduation season, holidays, and weekends, as those dates fill quickly.

What types of events can The KyRo host?
Birthdays, graduations, showers, memorial gatherings, corporate meetings, pop-ups, vendor events, workshops, social nights, and more.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes — outside food is allowed. Drink policies depend on the type of event and Indiana regulations.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we provide tables and chairs for your event setup. Let us know your layout needs in advance.

Can we decorate the space?
Absolutely! We welcome decorations as long as they don’t damage walls or surfaces. We’ll share a list of approved items and any restrictions. We also have a selection of decor that is available for rent.

Is early setup or next-day cleanup allowed?
Setup and teardown times depend on your rental package. Extended time can often be added for a small fee.

Do you offer event planning or vendor recommendations?
Yes! We partner with local DJs, photographers, caterers, decorators, and more. We’re happy to connect you.

Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable $250 deposit will be required. This will be outlined in your rental agreement.

What’s included in the rental?
Tables, chairs, access to the kitchen area (if applicable), WiFi, on-site restrooms, and full use of the space during your rental block.

Can I tour the venue before booking?
Yes! We offer tours by appointment. Contact us to schedule a walkthrough.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Capacity depends on your event type and layout needs. Our space can hold up to 120 guests with tables and chairs, which is the maximum occupancy per floor and is considered a tight fit.
For events that require additional space such as weddings with a DJ, dance floor, and bar cart, our recommended maximum is 75 guests, and that is also a tight fit.
Final capacity will always depend on your specific setup, layout, and vendor needs, and we’re happy to help you plan the best configuration for your event.
We’ll provide full capacity details, including seated vs. open layout options, during your inquiry or tour. It all depends what the event is, the layout you are wanting, and the additions your event needs.
